Sole-trader company, mandatory to have an address in Sweden?

1
Hi,

I'm planning to create a sole-trader company, I will have a client from Sweden but I will be based in Spain. When I leave Sweden I won't have an address anymore here, I think I can keep my personnummer but I'm not sure. Would it be possible then to create a company here in Sweden? Since my client will be from Sweden I wonder if it will be better/easier to have a Swedish company instead a Spanish company.

Thank you very much in advance

Best

If you ´ll live in Spain you shall of course have your company there and pay taxes in Spain if you work from there. Regardles where your customers reside. Suerte!

Gema, to me it sounds like the best solution for you would be to take over my now well treated, now inactive and empty Estonian company because I have ended my business. I sell it fop 200€ or 2000 SEK. I gaved ten times more!: Administration coest in Estonia of 140€ will ba added but you will not need to visit Estonia for this transfer. My idea is that you will use an estonian bookkeeping company which are cheaper than in Sweden and their official address, but you will do your business in Spain. I recommend this because 1: You buy it much cheaper than a Swedish stock capital of 50 000 SEK plus purchasing costs of ca 5-6000 SEK normally 2: THe company will have its accounting in euros which you use in Spain as well 3: Estonian companies are the only companies in Europe for which you pay profit tax only pfor the part you take out from the company as dividends. The rest of the profit will stay in the company un taxed.
